Peniel Enterprises provides professional audio engineering services (including recording, mixing, and mastering) and mobile device maintenance services (including repairs, diagnostics, and data recovery). All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Deposits may be required for certain projects and are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary files or materials, and timely feedback. For audio services, clients must provide properly recorded stems or tracks. For mobile repairs, clients must disclose any previous repair attempts or damage.

5. Intellectual Property

All original work created by Peniel Enterprises remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive the agreed-upon rights to use the final deliverables. Clients retain ownership of their original content and materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Peniel Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including name, email address, phone number, and payment information. For audio services, we may receive audio files and project details. For mobile repairs, we may access device information necessary to complete repairs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide services, process payments, communicate with you about projects, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing).

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Audio files and project materials are typically retained for 90 days after project completion unless otherwise requested.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Refund Policy

1. Audio Engineering Services

We offer up to 3 revisions for mixing services as part of the standard package. If you are not satisfied after the included revisions, we will work with you to find a resolution. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be partial or full depending on the stage of the project.

2. Mobile Maintenance Services

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional cost. Refunds are available if we are unable to complete a repair as agreed, minus any diagnostic fees.

3. Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your booking and may prevent us from accepting other work. However, if we cancel or cannot fulfill the service, deposits will be fully refunded. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for deposit refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

5. Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Water damage repairs and data recovery services are provided as-is without warranty due to the unpredictable nature of such issues.
